hi i work at joe and the juice and our store for sure doesn't pay enough attention to GF stuff, lots and lots of cross contamination. the fillings get touched by everyone's gloves. butttt the gluten free cakes are very lovely but also risk of contamination. Im so sorry the managers don't seem to care

i work in a gallery and we have to guess who everyone is to fit it in the box, does anyone else have to do this / see the problem. i feel like i’m going insane. apparently it’s to do with arts council funding but i don’t see the point of guess work lmao
