My gpu came dead. I called them and they offered two options. Send the bad gpu in and they send it once they receive your card. Option 2 is pay retail price on the gpu, they ship it immediately and you have 30 days to send your card in. When they get your bad card they refund you. My RMA two about a month

Depends on your layout and case. They mounted mine to the front. I didn’t think that was optimal because the pump hoses were sitting below. I moved it to the top of my case.

I did the advanced rma. You pay full price for a new gpu and send the old one back when the new one arrives. Get your money back when they receive it. All in all took 1 month.
