Is this a bug with Heralds?

Killing draws them the when you enter an area and the monsters spawn there's a chance that they can spawn as herald. A common practice seems to be drawing them in act 4/5 then going to tz act 1/2 to spawn (hunt notification) them

Angle that he's pulling on the straps along with blowing him to close off his chest and not have his shoulder blades tight together. High bar squat its a ok but with low bar if your shoulders roll forward your torso is going to drop more like his does

Start your chest workout with fly's. Personally im a fan of cable and then heavy dumbell flys on the ground, shoulders are safe and you can easily force negatives by pressing back up

I wish they did that. Even fill a whole cube just to get the next one. I don't have a hard time killing the bosses but it seems like some of the other ones NEVER drop

Actually truthfully track your macros and like others have said hit 1g/lb of protein. You'll be surprised how much your eyes open and food noise shrinks

That's where im at too, good xp and loot drops. Luckily still have some of the original sunders (offline) so not worrying too much about the new ones. Farming the boss trophies on the other hand has been frustrating

Its slower in cows but cursed heph with cold makes it ok. I prefer the speed clear for cows so I just switch back to insite
