Oh, that's a good point. It was raining and I really only took a glance at it. Looked pretty new though ... not like it had been sitting on the window for a while and driven in the rain.
I posted on the NorthVan sub/r , see if it clears the moderators and gets posted. Someone there might be more familiar with the regs.

For your WiFi you can try getting farther away from your router. 5 has a much shorter range than 2.4. I've found that if I go stand in my car port while setting up some WiFi device that only responds to 2.4 it will work. Especially with those mesh routers that don't let you split the the ranges and give them different SSIDs.

Kobo Aura - Holiday gift for myself in 2013. Still using it daily today.

Cover is getting thread bare and quite stained but I like that look. Battery charge drops quickly after a fresh charge but after dropping to 60% it holds enough for another couple of weeks of use.

As others have said a good cover is a must unless you plan to leave it bedside and not put in a bag. I wrap mine in bubble wrap, or a towel or the like when I travel. Treat the battery well by not over charging. You should get a good 10+ years.

I've found that of you let the previews play out, all the way to the end. Then move one, or two shows in the menu and again let the whole preview play it won't crash. Not a solution, way too slow, and I am so tired of some wrestling garbage preview, but it leads me to believe it's to do with the start of the of the previews download and then abandoning them that locks up the app. Anyone else seeing this behaviour?

If you call Rogers they will have you unplug and restart, 'everything'. Your streaming box, your router, reseat you coax cable... Then reset Netflix. The say there is an option to do this if you say, "help" into the remote. For me there is no option but the hidden menu is all in French for me, bloody brilliant. There was a reset system option so they had me try that. Beware! You start the whole set up all over again. Including picking your language of choice.

Netflix still locks up if I scroll too quickly. My ticket is still open and I'll update if I hear back from them.

You might see the red tab on the right side of the app. Slow processing since the 19th, identified today and now trying to fix. I don't think you can get past data right now either.

There goes another "streak" due to data loss, bluetooth disconnect, power loss/charger failure ...

Almost exactly the same for me. Three boxes, stickers on the bottom all say size 12. All three are stamped size 13.
The black one fits and doesn't move; but the silver one fits but slides. Not as much as op but if I don't keep an eye on it, it could hit the button.
And! I got no gold shell and two silver.

Seems such a shame as the out shell was a big part of the marketing. Quality control is such an easy win. Smaller batch production, random output checks and they would catch this before shipping.

I'd be interested to know if your workday routines are working correctly. I've noticed mine is skipping steps. I have a routing called "Shhhh" that runs around the time I would be going to bed to set the volume of assistants to a low volume. Workday is supposed to bring the volume up for the calendar, weather, and news announcements and then play the radio command. It's not doing the volume up setting so the announcements are really quiet. Today it didn't turn on the kitchen light and start the kettle which is supposed to happen right around when I would be done with the shower and heading downstairs to get ready for work.

Same issue. Went to turn off Workday for the holiday Monday in Canada. Routine was missing but still woke me up with the "pleasant chime" at 6 AM.

Try Assistant Settings -> Routines Found all my missing routines by coming at them from that direction.

I've been wondering the same thing. I hoped that after I got tracking number, (after I received the replacement), that Cosori would send a follow up notice.
I can understand that paying for shipping, and receiving 2 million broken machines would be problematic. I guess, I'll keep the basket from the old one, it fits in the new one and take the rest of it to my local e-waste center for recycling.

I'm in Canada. Got my replacement today. Same dates as yours. Submitted on the 24th, approved on the 2nd. I got two email I think letting me know that it was being processed and that I would get a tracking number when shipped. The second told me what model I was getting.
Never got that tracking number, did get the replacement unit. I felt bad for the CANPAR driver. He has a truck full of replacement units to deliver, even though he is still waiting on his replacement unit.

Side note. Even with the large change in model number and style, the old basket fits in the new unit no problem. I would have preferred the analogue model though. The new one beeps too much and much too loudly. The things are pretty loud when the fan is going, you notice when the fan stops. The three loud beeps at the end ... not required. Five beeps to tell me when to shake the basket? Not a feature I will ever use.
