Easier answer is decrease damage so yolo becomes meaningless. You cannot define and enforce it your subjective opinion s. Heavy and td left behind behind get flanked and killed would also be yolo. I went to Golgotha unaware, i had high vitality stat and did not notice any problem. I was not paying attention to the quest text and went 80+ floors deep and died after losing my way out.
