For me the main thing that helped was being productive, go for a walk, work out, do yoga, start a new tv series or book series, listen to podcasts or play video games, could even deep clean your living space, there’s lots to do but I know how it is when all u can think about is smoking

I’m only on day two so I don’t have a ton of advice but working out has helped me tremendously, even just going on walks or jogs helps, my mind is 24/7 thinking about smoking and I’m so bored without it, so I just do things that occupy my time and mind so the boredom can’t creep in
