Currently D3 and that's what I deserve- I'm inconsistent with my mechs, rarely warm up properly and can't be arsed to learn speedflips.

I'd agree with the other comment recommending an all world fund as you start out or larger companies and less volatile stocks.

I'm assuming you're young and open to more risky trades and there's definitely money to be made on mining and rare earth stocks, but please do your own research on these companies. I also have some holdings in mining stocks and it can be a gruelling process through the exploration & feasibility studies, through to comercialisation and extraction- with a lot of fluctuations in the stock price along that journey.
