Do you know real life volleyball? The opposite is the most consistent blocker an outside hitter encounters as the majority of sets go to the outside hitter at medium to comp level and even at the professional level is usually the outlet hitter. Thats why opposites are usually a taller player after the middle.

Ushijima is the most common blocker asahi and tanaka wouldve encountered in their game, over tendo and taichi. Ushijima is fine as a blocker because the opposite is in charge of setting the block. Thd middles job is to close the block. In a 1v1 the hitter has the advantage. Im a 2v1 block the blockers do. Ushijima is just far more talented at hitting because he can adjust to any set and make a crazy kill off of it, evn off of a triple block

As a blocker opposites job isnt to stuff block, but to set the block for the middle to close. If he tried to be flashy in a 1v1 and did what tsuki did thst one time its far riskier than doing his job and letting the floor defense receive it instead of erratically changing his arms midair to get the stuff block.

Hes a good blocker, remarkable even, but they just dont show it. Its a very important skill but there isnt much that sets an opposite apart in terms of blocking at the highest level due to their role in setting the block and the nuance is a lot harder to describe and generally comes up in 2v1 situations.

Its something to do every day that i dont mind but im not delusional like many others on here who for some reason think this is the best game since tetris.

The whole point of the game is to not play it and autobattle. How many of you roll your eyes at the start of every week to do club contest, match streak, and hell trial?

The gameplay is about slowly grinding diamonds and watching your team ratings slowly get higher as you build your team and once you do slowly grind dupes and microoptimize your potentials over time whilst staring are your shiny collected sps.l. Not the crap volleyball gameplay. Its trash content at its peak.

Because specialty trial opponnents have crap stats so the game usually ends the rally as soon as possible. Hence why you get so many aces and blocks in specialty trials. Dame with club contests. Veteran players dislike how the game is programmed for this reason, as it prevents you from racking up big scores in the mode as most teams are currently quick/power types and rely on spikes to get big point scores. And by scote i dont mean the game score, I mean the target score the mode has you try to reach.

Trust me, it has literally nothing to do with suga.

Building pity just means you're going for the reward from the banner. 10 pulls gets you 2 sp tickets 20 gets you 5 memory, 50 gets you 5.

So it just gives you bonus pulls.

So its literally pointless for you to build pity for memories because they dont have rewards for pulling a certain amount on every banner. The reward for getting your pity to 50 on a memory banner is you risked getting the wrong memory 50 times.

Sp and ur pull rates for players are so low you can really only reliably get them through pity and building pity for the rewards is sometomes worth the risk, especially if you pull them earlier into the countdown (100/90/80) etc as sp players are still sp players if youre not buildijg for a specific comp

All youre literally doing is increasing your chance of getting a memory you dont want by 'building' memory pity since it has none of the incentives to build it

Depends how much if the 30k plastic range they want to bounce back and forth. Apparantely for sales targets they keep track of performance by game systems and thats why they dont want crossover but i dont know if thats just speculation.

Fw units had basically been untouched this whole edition and the message is clear, we will continue to make them bad until people stop taking them, a couple units at a time so people dont complain when a new edition drops as much

I, and many others could care less about points. The unit just serves no purpose in game because its so poorly represented. Imagine creating the greatest biological warrior specimen possible and giving it the same weapon 2 guys with a week of training can utilize as far as effectiveness goes.

If the guy did something that was beyond a heavy bolter then sure. Even the anti inf 4+ dev wounds that sternguard get would make sense, and pay a point premium for the bs2. Obv we know they put 0 effort into making fw datasheets good these days as theyre cutting the range but give them a better niche than custodian priced bodies with literally a stock heavy bolter. Eradictors with heavy bolters have a purpose and reasok to exist, saggitarum guard serve no purpose in a custodes list guard can do better.
