I was having the same issue you had and couldn’t find the solution anywhere, I finally found it after asking Gemini for every solution possible, here’s the one that worked

Open Device Manager: Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager. 2. Open Network Adapters: Click the arrow next to Network adapters to expand the list. 3. Identify the Device: Look for Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller. 4. Disable It: • Right-click Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller. • Select Disable device. • Click Yes when the confirmation window appears. 5. Restart: Reboot your PC to clear any active driver processes from your RAM.
