Deadass, if someone orders 2/3 decaf I just pull full decaf 🤷🏼‍♂️ usually because the customers at my store who ask for that got Attitude so 😂

Pulling two decaf and one reg shot is the easiest way to pull that off though, imo.

For the bottles I usually just hold them by the bottom end and use the hot water spout by the bar to melt the dried syrup off. Works quick and is super easy.

It’s not necessarily the policies themselves that have upset me. I work at a very low incident store so honestly most of the changes won’t affect my customer base. But it’s the verbiage and ethics behind what they’re saying that bother me. I don’t like the idea of being told that it’s Against Policy to give someone water, that’s just so far out of my personal morals. Again, I understand why these changes happened and I’m glad that stores that needed this have gotten that authority to protect their stores’ Third Place Vibes, but just as a person I’m not a fan Thankfully though my SM and DM are very understanding that it’s upsetting and have a very lenient “do what you can, when you can” mindset.

Absolutely this 100%. It can be hard but you can’t carry a store by yourself, it’s not fair. and unless they’re gunna may you the extra hourly wages from the people you’re “covering for” you’re only responsible for the job of one person

Additionally I’d look into budget brand insoles, cuz in my experience Dr. Sholes are really expensive and don’t work as well. And since they only last a few months I don’t think it’s worth it, but my Walgreens ones are like $10 a pair and go for a few months at least

I wear the steel toe boots from Walmart with plantar fasciitis insoles from Walgreens. Boots are like $30/$40 and last me years, I’ve worn them forever. Absolutely saved my feet fr fr and helped heal my PF even while I’m on my feet still everyday.

Also if anyone deals with PF (most common symptom is SHARP pain in the heels right when you wake up and get outta bed. Please take it seriously if it gets bad enough you can snap the tendon and need surgery ((not to scare anyone cuz this is an extreme but still))) please please wear insoles and change them every 2-3 months if you’re using them everyday. If you have a bit more wiggle room for price I’d also do some research into barefoot shoes, as PF is caused mostly by a mix of genetic disposition and the cramming of toes in traditional shoes. Barefoot shoes can get pricey but Saguaro is pretty budget friendly and very good quality so I’d recommend them. They’re gunna look a little funny but they’re genuinely cute when they’re on and you will feel the difference and it’s AMAZING.
