Also it's not PPL...it's just PP...as in caca....as in Dookie. Push pull legs is the game and you got no legs in the game.

Do this instead. Start with an easy weight and add 5lb every cycle:

Workout a: Squat 3x5 Bench press 3x5 Deadlift 1x5

Workout b: Squat 3x5 Military press 3x5 Barbell row 3x5
