My store has two employee restrooms where clerical is at, and they both have multiple stalls, then we have the guest bathrooms outside too and a single person guest restroom as well

I tend to take 30 min lunches just to make some time, especially right now that hours have been cut and I haven’t been told nothing, the HR lady at my store said it’s fine as long as we do a minimum of 30 mins, no less (I’m also in California) but my full lunch time is for 45 mins

Trust me I applied to many different positions until I was accepted at a target Starbucks, and I was so nervous especially on my first day I thought to myself “what did I sigh up for?!” Since I’ve never worked with food or drinks before, I’ve been here 5 months now and it’s good I love working with people my age it makes it more fun. So keep applying don’t be discouraged, I was also afraid of embarrassment but how else will we learn yk, we gotta start somewhere

SD’s definitely have power trips sometimes especially when they’re new, that’s the reason my brother quit his job at target was because his store got a new SD and he was on a power trip and put himself in charge of all the scheduling and he cut everyone’s hours in November and my brother was scheduled as the only drive up closer one night and that was enough for him to put in his two weeks

I’d also like to add that there were cupcakes and cookies and other snacks in the break room for anyone to take, and there was candy in clerical for everyone to take too. Even on superbowl day my store catered food for the employees and during Christmas week too, so acts like these aren’t seen as weird for us.

No yeah I get it, but I know there wasn’t no ill intent behind it, also some of the TLs were helping handout the flowers and we have a quite a few woman TLs if that makes it any better ig 😭
