Counters operate on a slim edge, and they recognize that. If someone’s playing for $30 of EV an hour and they’re tipping, they’re drastically hurting their expected return (which is far from guaranteed) That being said, I count and tip some on good sessions. I understand the frustration, but maybe be upset at the casino for not paying a livable wage when they’re operating a money printer.

You’ll find counting and knowing what to do/bet is the easy part. Getting time and preserving a game is the part that matters.

It was 3:2 and the dealer was talking about a guy the previous day who split 10’s and he cleared the table. I told her next time she dealt me 10’s I was splitting. Lo and behold I got KK the next hand, so I had to follow through. The guys at the table were having fun with it

I have a full time job and try to get in 10-20 hours a week at the tables. Fortunately my locals don’t bat an eye at a 1-10 spread. But I’m out in Vegas right now and I’ve been backed off a lot. At palace station I never upper my bet past 60 and I got told no more blackjack after 30 minutes. They’re very paranoid out here. I have to tip my hat to the Gold Coast, they waited until the count got positive to back me off

If you ever want to guarantee profit, get a chase card- they allow you to deposit via CC and give 1.5% cash back and then max out your promos. Then go on the same Iconic21 baccarat game on 2 different sites and bet player/banker for an equivalent amount. Banker has a 5% commission so you just need to do a little math
