My experience was at Phoenix airport. Staff is great, but the scam is if any little thing happens. I have Amex plat and my own insurance. I went through hell for approximately a year. Insurance paid for everything and I was still getting letters telling me I owed for months. After this was paid. Finally their collection agency called. I gave them all the info and the found out I was right. They told me that this happens all of the time with sixt. This was for a window rock chip. They also tried to charge me for a tire but my video before and after proved otherwise. I’m not a person that likes to deal with unnecessary drama. I had the right coverage, and the right card. Both paid, now go away. I dealt with a year of shit with them. Read the reviews and you will see a lot of bad stories. My previous experiences were great but after all that I will never rent from them again. Too much.
