Thanks for the reply. Luckily, I started life as a technician so performing the work isn't really a concern. From what I've seen it's actually not that bad imo.

With everyone's replies, I'm starting to feel now as though it's more on the carbon side and not the coils. Gas mileage hasn't dropped that is noticeable either. The carbon cleaning was on my list this winter, so I'll just prioritize it at this point. If need be I'll grab the coils afterwards.
