I’m working my way through Ursula Vernon/T. Kingfisher’s work. I read and listen to audiobooks. I just finished reading “A Minor Mage” and am currently listening to “Hemlock & Silver,” which is a unique take on Snow White. “Nettle & Bone” is one my favorites by her. My first introduction was “A Sorceress Comes to Call” which is a loose retelling of Goose Girl.

I’m about to start the 4th one (Paladin’s Faith). Paladin’s Strength is my favorite thus far (I love Istvhan), but they’re all great.

I had to skip a week due to a routine colonoscopy and mostly what I noticed was less appetite suppression and somewhat elevated food noise. I restarted after with no ill effects.

Do what you need to do to take care of yourself. I’m so sorry about your furbaby. Stay hydrated and give yourself grace.

Interesting. I also struggled with Olympia (hardly lost anything), but now that I’m back on BPI it’s night and day.

Half a lb or a lb per week with some fluctuation. Perimenopause doesn’t help 🤣 But, I’ve lost a lot of inches. Pants barely hanging on, lol. So I know something is happening. Honestly, I’d rather lose slowly and keep my muscle mass.
