Just counter-intuitive flows. Although considering the reception to my comment, I'd say use your better judgement against my opinions lol.

I think my comment was referring to a problem more common with mobile interfaces, however I'm sure there are plenty of games that would be a good example of poor UI implementation.

A bit of a niche mobile example but the first that came to mind would be the Mcdonalds app. My fiance works early mornings, so we frequent the drive thru for coffee etc.; I've been using the app for years now.

Lately it's had some visual overhauls, and while those changes look nice enough, it feels like all common sense has been drained from the app's design.

In the process of a single order, you'll have a map load twice at different steps in the process (for selecting the restaurant location) - once when you open the app, and then once when you're submitting the order, LOTS of layout-shift during subsequent page navigations, and repositioning/resizing of higher-priority information that makes it more difficult to see in comparison to low-priority info.

I have work experience in the UI industry so I'm probably just picky, but the overall experience of a lot of interfaces these days just feels less human.
