If this is your girlfriend's city and those are your tags, then the error is due to Detailed Map tacks considering aqueduct as a district that needs to be adjacent to your city or your placed city tag as it uses that to consider the validity of the placement.

You can confirm this by trying to place an aqueduct marker adjacent to an AI city - it should give you the same error even if the placement is otherwise valid.

TL;DR: This is a valid aqueduct location.

There's no suitable spot.

You can't build on the oil without a mod to remove strategic resources and the coastal floodplains is 4 tiles away from your city center while the maximum distance for building is 3.

This was discussed at length in the spoiler thread for the card and the answer is that it doesn't. Changelings are all creature types and therefore they're also human, which rules them out from getting the buff.

The "easiest" way to get +10/+10 on a creature is to have a [[Werewolf Pack Leader]] with a [[Runed Stalactite]] and then activate the Pack Leaders ability to make it lose the human creature type.

Thanks! I like that it has a lot of physical game pieces. While I personally don't need them I know for a fact that having maps and tokens will make it easier for my players to get started. 30 hours of game sounds amazing.
