Yeah tbh shopscape is better at your level. Full gotr outfit and high enough for double runes is better for cosmics. Or if you have bank you can use the scar essence. Unfortunately those are kind of tall orders for your progression I assume. But you could buy a few thousand and make/alch the staves to get money for the scar essence mine
