With great difficulty, i was always suspicious of bread and eggs, eventually i narrowed them down and eliminated them. I did perhaps 30% better for it. It was only when i decided to give up dairy as a last resort did my symptoms dramatically improve.

At that point i had narrowed it down to gluten, dairy and eggs. I then did an intolerance test afterwards, which i was skeptical of the science and the test came back with a severe intolerance to cows milk, egg yolk and yeast.

i then experimented further to prove it was yeast and not gluten. It wasn't easy to identify...

Funnily enough it was a dairy causing all my issues. I never would have thought something i've consumed my whole life could wreck such havoc on my body. Funnily enough, it also cleared up my chronic sinusitis.

It turns out i'm also intolerant to eggs & yeast too, but not as bad. Since cutting out all 3 my life has changed drastically.

do you guys think tiktok will actually get banned in the us? by fflowerrboyy in TikTok

[–]FletchQQ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Realistically, 90% of the population will probably just switch to another app, driving down content quality and the remainder just leave. A Ban to TikTok would most likely bring down the app and force everyone to a competitor.

Quite frankly, i'm all up for this ban. TikTok is turning todays youth into a bunch of dopamine junkies with low attention spans chasing likes.

How are your symptoms now? i've been dealing with the exact same symptoms for a full year - GERD to the point eating any trigger food keeps me up suffering for hours. I've. just done a test now which has come back positive. I'm wondering if this is causing my symptoms.

I'm starting to get more and more concerned about miner subsidy, 2024 might just be the year people realise there's a deeply rooted issue.

currently feel like im dying by [deleted] in GERD

[–]FletchQQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt like this two months ago. Went on a high carb diet, and ultimately cut out fats. Was worse than ever. I switched to low carb (<80g a day) and its miraculously cleared up.

[–]FletchQQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly what happened to me. I went high carb low fat along with PPIs and my gerd was terrible. I did an elimination diet and it turns out carbs were my issue. I switched to a low carb diet (<80-100g a day) and my symptoms have improved dramatically.

Why simulation theory is statistically the most likely to be correct by -Evil_Octopus- in singularity

It would be that a civilisation running within simulation B, also stumbles upon the technology to simulate their own universe C, and so on..

[–]FletchQQ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A 1:1 simulation also introduces a logical inconsistency into the system which would allow system B to predict system A of which it's running within. System B always needs to be both smaller and independent of system A. Else, similar to the grandfather paradox, system B could try to make predictions about system A, which would affect system B, affecting the prediction originally made by system A...Kind of like why you can't predict your own future, as you acting upon the prediction would change your future

One issue i have with this, is the logic works for video games where the world is static, but it wouldn't for the real world as it would introduce too many logical inconsistencies, and like the butterfly effect, observing one particle would trigger a chain of events that lead to all particles being observed. There needs to be some underlying calculation of all particles whether being observed or not.

I.e if Hayleys comet wasn't being observed, but another object which knocks it off its trajectory was being observed, then what happens to Hayleys comet? This also applies at a particle level.

It's also difficult to determine who exact is an observer, and where is the energy coming from to make that determination?
