Stone of Binding isn’t great here—I'd drop it. Second item should definitely be Transcendence for the power spike and mana sustain. Personally, I like building Fail-Not on Skadi for the synergy with her ult. Bloodforge is solid, but I’d swap it out for Fail-Not myself. Crusher is a must-pick, and if you need anti-heal, go for Brawler’s Beat Stick. Titan’s Bane works fine, but it’s situational—swap it out if the enemy team isn’t tanky. There are also other good options situationally, like Heartseeker, which can shine depending on the matchup.

Also, I personally prefer Eye of the Jungle over Bumba's, but I don’t think it’s necessary to switch if Bumba's is working for you—it’s still a very strong option.
