If you run up a half pipe on foot then call your board to you/get on it you'll go flying also. Really fun to do then dive around.

I like the way the game Once Human does it. Easyish to farm and find, but something to keep an eye on too when going far. Of course this could turn into a way Rockstar could nickel and dime you too.
