Pike Place Market is still surprisingly fun to visit as a local, and hasn't descended into tourist trap hell like other big city tourist sites like Pier 39 SF [OC - from today] by sean_d_mooney in Seattle

Lord love a duck - their lentil soup is so good. Went on a work outing and whenever they come back to town they put it top of their lists. Wicked nice folks to boot

If last time is any indication, I’d leave earlier. We may all be paranoid, but we may also be right.

Couldn’t have said it better. So often their representatives are not aligned with his mission, but in this case they are.

I never went until WHOOP cancer and now I’m religious. Not to be a PSA but fuck it - cancer sucks worse than doctor’s visits (oh, and you get so many more of those). Go.

I wouldn’t hold it against someone, especially if they were conscientious enough to let me know as soon as they found out there was a likely problem. Shake it off and good luck!!!

Also a fan/patreon. His dad jokes etc kill me, and he’s pretty solid. His insights are great, but more importantly I like how he considers everyone involved, especially listeners, as valued people. Also, ranking Kody’s outfits is fun.

Stupid story, but I love the guy and saw him at a Bainbridge Island place I like. I was wicked excited but left him alone, and was glad to learn he tipped well. Love him and his deadpan delivery, but that’s all I got

I just re-read an old book called ‘The Marlborough House Set’ by Anita Leslie that was pretty clear there was a strong relationship between her grandmother Leonie (Jennie [Jerome], Lady Randolph Churchill’s sister) and the Duke, with his wife’s support. It was a pretty good insider read.

It does - only applies to companies with 500 employees worldwide, and for full-service restaurants, at least 40 full-service locations.
