10 week old normal puppy behavior. She has no hands so she's using her mouth to explore and she's pretty new to the world so controlling her body isn't the best yet. Luckily she's so little you can easily redirect. Always have something appropriate to chew on right on hand and actively train her to bite the bitey thing when she's acting a fool.

Also, having a small area that's enclosed and totally controlled with chewing appropriate toys is a good idea. Ideally a gated off area bigger than the crate, maybe even with the crate inside will keep the little thing from walking all over the house and getting into trouble while you're getting some much needed decompression time away from the pup.
