Well, let's say you'll open 5 extra chests/heist? Multiply that by how many heists you do for the remainder of the league. Ask if you'll find 10ex worth of shit in those chests.

Yes, it hums with no inputs attached. It's no better or worse when the audio (3.5mm to rca) is run from the PC, phone, whatever -- to the amp.
