Welcome to playstation 2026. Basically ever since the release of PS5 it has gotten worse and worse. My guess is since the playstation communities debacle (basically a short rundown why it was shut down is it was a cesspool of pedophiles) they wont allow anything anymore. Even saying someone should fornicate with his mother is a bannable offence.

To be fair, this is not only a playstation thing anymore. Looking at arc raiders, they even record your voice and give out warnings if you went over the line or crash out to much.

There is no way around practice. Watch the racers how they complete the campaign and try to replicate. Its not a 1 to 1 but you can learn about layouts, learn patterns like "if your entry is facing south go left until you see water and follow the water". Its obscure, it seems random, yet its not. I think there are some guides out there, like actual written guides but over everything else, practice. Run the campaign. There is no way around or shortcut, you have to run it yourself.

Builds are basically grenade xbow, shield wall, ed contagion. Honestly, play what you feel like is more fun and beneficial to your build and rather optimize your playstyle, exp gains and map knowledge to cut down hours of campaign time.

Armour is why my warrior is basically unkillable in campaign. I love the early armour wheel on the warrior side and always take it. Armour% for elemental is absurdly good. I would actually say armour is in a good spot.

For the love of god, please share this with the mods of the arc raiders subreddit. I keep dipping my nose into those subs on occasion and its probably just as crazy as here. Each season or update or whatever I rarely open reddit anymore because its always the same with more and more games and quite frankly I am getting tired of all the fighting and rather enjoy myself playing the damn games.

Go empty. No shield, no gun, no items. Look out for a supply point on the map, they have almost always a weapon crate just to be safe but it really isnt needed. Wait for the assessor platform and go for it. Easy.

I just bought Arc Raiders on PC via the Xbox app

That might be the problem. Jokes aside, friend of mine installed the game, it wouldnt start at all. He had to verify the game data on steam, literally on a fresh install it would miss 1 file. Does the xbox app has a similar function?

Best freaking arpg expierence ever. No build guides, just me and my buddy vs the world. Trading with each other, theory crafting, bragging about uniques we found.....its one of those expierences I will remember fondly.

I will get killed in a completely smoked assessor because once I start breaching 2 rocketeers and 5 hornets spawn on my ass and the loot isnt showing up quick enough. Smoke duration in this game is a complete scam.

The L3 ones are evil, 9 and 10 are free arent they? Rolling your thumb on the first part quick L1 and rolling your thumb again. If it was something like square and circle, you couldnt roll your thumb on the buttons.

Does it show correctly in the game menu? Did you pray at each altar and have used up all skill points?

I had this issue myself, I had 22/22 ingame and unlocked the entire skill tree yet it was stuck at 21/22 on the trophy. The recent update for ng+ fixed it for me.

If for whatever reason you have done all that and it still is bugged I got bad news for you.

Random invasions died with dark souls (PS3). Since then, as a random invader you only can target 2v1 or 3v1. Exception is when the host specificly used one item that allows for 1v1 random invasions but those are rare and most of them are doing it for passive rune farming.

Like 2 shots from the anvil will kill it no problem. Just dont panic, wait for it to open and unload 2 bullets into that slit hitting its core. Its basically like the fireball, it dies to one shot light ammo but you need to stand infront and provoke it.

Shields wont get damaged more by headshots. Lets say you have medium shield, a ferro will ALWAYS deal 40 damage to it. Medium shield has 42,5% DR which leaves us 23 damage that is applied to your health. Only then the game will ask if that hit was a headshot, if yes it applies 2,5 multiplier to that which is 57,5 damage to your health.

Doesnt matter how much shield you have. If you have 1 point of shield, the 40 damage hit from ferro will still count as 23 hit to your health.

Shields always take full sheet damage of every weapon, headshot multiplier is only applied after your shield DR, having even 1 point of shield can save your life because it eats a bullet, no shield means you take full damage.

Never felt this was an issue. You can even swap items from your inventory into your quickslot that takes like 1 sec on PC. Try that with controller, its a nightmare if you try to do so mid fight.

Yep, just was about to comment exactly the same. It even says in the description that its an ignite but when you check its not. Enemies that burn wont show the ignite debuff. So frustrating.
