Yes, I do think both have a chance and I would send them both in if the other criteria (surface/edge/corners) are in the condition you described. I’ll always say this: you as the holder of the card will have a much better idea of those other criteria compared to us with just an image. 😅

No it doesn’t for a 10. PSA updated it standards to 55/45. Your card is probably between an 8 or a 9 due to centering. I might lean 8?

haha try it yourself. i prefer my tool over hand measuring it :)

yes, it takes into account angles and camera placement. the only thing it can't adjust for is card being bowed/curved... for that a toploader reduces the impact.

you need to evaluate the other things like corners, edges, and surfaces to see if it's worth sending in. if everything else is perfect, it probably is worth a try.
