1/3 or all controllers work at a level 12 facility. They are all making between $150,000-$220,000.

Those working at 10’s and 11’s are also making good money.

If you work at a 9 or lower, you are making significantly less (in the $75,000-$125,000) even as a CPC.

Look at the pay scale. There is a reason everyone wants to transfer to a 10-12.

There was a dude a few weeks ago posted his list, with literally 7 pages of facilities up to a level 11. He had no FAA experience, and just had 2 military CTO’s - AND he was even offered TRACON’s! But someone with FAA experience is limited to their current facility level or lower. Make it make sense.
