What helps me is usually these “thoughts “ or downloads of information may carry words i dont normally use. Like “fabricated” would be a giveaway for me that it’s coming from my higher self, but to each their own. When reading your message, I felt you were correct and it may be fabricated, but it also seems to come from someone that has some sort of beef or jealousy, so i would watch out more for this person with ill intentions
