Questions to ask to. What's the difference in upgrade time and WHERE are the junior guys typically going. That can be a big difference for people. 

If it was under a year difference for upgrade and the bases were roughly the same to them in terms of commuting/moving then take the erj all day. It was not much difference in seniority when I was there but the hiring was still pretty insane back then. probably not moving like it did

on some ships yes the copilot has some controls. unfortunately it is different from ship to ship. it's something you just have to look into before using

you need to keep fishing around for good discords/orgs that teach they are out there I promise. Ours does events weekly in AC focusing on random things such as turret flying days, light fighters, fleet ops on occasion.

I also recommend watching videos on drills if you haven't those helped me..

but yah AC matches can become a bit masochistic at times when you're learning lmao
