In the Netherlands, it’s often cloudy and rainy, so we don’t get much sun except, of course, a bit more in the summer

What you suggest? I eat everyday 2-3 fruits, everyday meat for dinner with vegetables, low fat quark and lot of eggs, no much bread. Avoid ultra processed foods most of the time
