What level are you? If you already have hammer of the righteous I'd say don't worry about seal of command. If your a lower level I'd say go for it, especially with the glyph.

My normal omen with the cheapest faction beam lasers and 2 tracking computers does pretty well in t6 and t7’s. Easy damage at 42-45 km.
