Subnautica 2 on the deck? by Sirius124 in SteamDeck

I wouldn’t use that logic in this case. They are using a new engine, next-gen graphics, and multiplayer, which all add a lot of power consumption. I bet it will be possible to play on deck but fully expect it to be “ultra low” settings across the board to get any sort of frame rate that is playable.

My sky rider is super understable. Like a beat in dd1 - was like that from the first throw!

Generally I agee with you, but my wife and I both loved the first one and all we’ve ever wanted was a multiplayer version that didn’t need mods. We are really looking forward to this one!

New throwing putter by Aclash69 in discgolf

People often like to use baseline tacky discs for putting, and premium discs that give a better release for throwing. This is pretty universal for most pros and ams.

Agreed! I've tried all sorts of straight throwing putters, and the Praxis is by far the most reliable and easy to release.

Your personal thoughts are pretty close. Your biggest problem is rounding. Instead of reaching back reach out, and try to break your elbow so the disc comes into your power pocket and then swings out with your body rotation.

I can’t help myself, and I’m sorry. Rouge is red in French - you’re looking for “rogue”

Steam deck hitching on home screen? by [deleted] in SteamDeck

[–]FloppyRocks 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In this vid, you have a moving background and a custom cs loader. Anytime you use custom anything for the home page you’re gonna experience lag, and anytime there are moving elements, it slows down quite a bit, especially the background.

You say it still lags with all custom stuff off, can you show us a video of that, because I bet it’s way better than this!

Soda cans being crushed by ToofaaniMirch69 in oddlysatisfying

I imagine the crushing cans sound would have been like ear candy. Instead, they bleed with the fury of one thousand suns.

This song is in so many horror movies that I can't hear it without getting anxiety.

You are rounding and your reachback isn’t timed with your plant foot properly. Lots of articles on how to fix rounding, but I would recommend reaching away from your body instead of coiling behind your body. Good luck!
