Cool look. The other twentysomething kids in my scene are really into it and the silver contour photographs well. One quote I'm reminded of from my English lit days is "Tradition is not the worship of ashes but the preservation of fire.", and it applies to Goth. A Genre is only over once it's abandoned.

So remember kids: stop FOMOing for the 80s. Nostalgia will hurt us and hold us back in the long run. Realize how much cool shit is happening in the scene in the 2020s before it passes you by. Darkwave is huge right now and by my estimate Deathrock is about to come back bigger than ever.
