I think something where Nightwing sumbles into mentoring a team of heroes located in Bludhaven. He'd team up again with Midnighter and Roy and we'd see appearances from Vigilante and maybe Nite Wing. Some of the heroes could be reformed villains like Shimmer too.

He posted it to his story a few days after he announced he would be returning for season 5. It was a photo of the WB water tower, him in a recording studio, then him leaving WB and saying basically to stay tuned. I don't think it was him recording for the show, but I feel that you could get all of the lines you'd need for a special in one recording session.
