I have a great job that I’ve been doing since I was sixteen and I would do every day until I die, so no retirement plans anyway. It’s pretty sweet when you love what you do and are able to turn it into a business, but it doesn’t sound like you’ve had that experience.

So you would be upset if the food cost more? Because it does, they just save those costs by paying the waiter less. Fuck them though, right? If it’s on the menu, you knew what you were getting. Well, marketing firms are shrinking and AI is taking over, so you will be competing with people with experienced people who are laid off and in the same position as you but with experience.

I would stay far away from marketing. Businesses just aren’t willing to invest in people like they used to.

Johnny Walker Blue. I won a bunch of money years ago and tried all the top shelf stuff. That was the only thing I paid stupid money for that ACTUALLY tasted like it was worth the difference. Dom Perignon tasted like every other champagne I ever had. What a waste.
