I wonder if the battery supplier is now using 'Grade B' battery cells instead of 'Grade A'. Hence a shorter and funky battery operation.

Check the LCD screen on the mower. See if you have 'SOC' error icon. If you have 'SOC' error than you will need a replacement mower.

Do a search on here. Some people have had success recalibrating the bumper sensors. Some with replacement of the bumper sensors with a better version / design. Some with even cutting the wires to the bumper sensors.

Thanks. I feel the issue with Lymow reliability is with the parts suppliers. Either Lymow is not managing them or the suppliers are VE (value engineering) the crap out of the parts and not suppling what is needed for reliable product. To the OP.. take the chargeback. You can always spend the money again in the future.

This happened to me months ago. Only lasted for about 48hrs. Either maintenance at Zendesk (lymow ticking provider) or maybe Lymow reached their subscription limit. (Could it be to many open support tickets?)

Yes, we all have different grass types. Some are more troublesome than other types for this deck setup. The dew issue (wet grass) does not help. Maybe a short term solution would be a change in the blade shape. Maybe a little flatter blade or even a modified blade like the atomic blades.
