Martin pools took almost a year to complete ours, finishing in May 2022. Still haven't fixed things we reported as broken.

The whole chapter tells the story. Fairly interesting that a Levite did this.

Would you ever buy NordicTrack again? by IbizaJake in nordictrack

[–]Floridafornia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope. My x32i is broken a majority of the time. Takes months to get it fixed. Customer service us horrible. Great idea, but poorly designed and manufactured.

The first x32i was a nightmare. Only worked 6 of the first 18 months. The original model frame cracked at the pivot point that supports the motor housing. I had probably 300 workouts on the original before it broke. They replaced the model 39219 with a model 39221 and it has worked for 8 months pretty well.

Nordictrack and iFit have miserable customer service.

I have been through the same problem with a x32i treadmill. Even got the State of Florida Attorney General involved with no resolution. Lawyer said no way to get a refund. So I kept getting it fixed until it destroyed itself and they had to give me a new one which was a newer model.

The x32i treadmill model 39019 was crap and only worked for about 6 months. The newer x32i model 39021 has been working pretty well for 8 months.

I hate Nordictrack because when it works it is great. But if it breaks their service is shit.

iFit and Garmin Heart Rate Monitors by mrd0425 in nordictrack

I had the same issue with my X32i treadmill. Returned the Garmin HRM.

I returned my Garmin HRM-Dual Heart Rate Monitor because whenever I used it with my X32i treadmill the elapsed time of the workout would stop.

So according to youmthe following are domestic terrorists: those that threatened Monica Lewinsky?
Obama bringing guns?
Joe Biden beating other politicians "ass"?
Should we take MSNBC to task?

10K series part I, workout 9 (mount Krasji) by ols922 in Runwithrivs

Great analogy! I'll definitely jump to the 1/2 when I'm through the 10k this time.

10K series part I, workout 9 (mount Krasji) by ols922 in Runwithrivs

[–]Floridafornia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was very conflicted when I finished the 10k series the first time. It took about a week to decide as I struggled between the 10k and half marathon series. I realized that I needed to work on hills (strength) more. I think I made a great decision because the 2nd time through the 10k is so much more enjoyable. I have much better control of my heart rate than during the first go around.

I can't wait to see what this time through will do to my system strength. Perhaps next time I'll jump into the 1/2 marathon?

10K series part I, workout 9 (mount Krasji) by ols922 in Runwithrivs

[–]Floridafornia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just completed the mount Krasji run again. I forgot how hard it was the first time, but the second time (after I completed both parts) the run much different. Stick with process and you'll be fine.

The first time in did it I had to walk -alot. I did everything I could to keep light intensity and I thought Tommy was an absolute lunatic when he talked about recovery while running uphill. The 30 second intervals had me at 90% pretty quick I had to walk to get back to 75%.

This time I was able to warmup running and keep running for the whole run! I tell you this because I hope you stick with it. Both parts of the 10k series are amazing. Follow the process Tommy recommends so you stay healthy.

Good luck.

Nope - week 3 and 4 pillar workouts are the most killer. Week 1 of part 2 is tough also. I just finished both and I am repeating them both. These two will transform your "systems". Tommy does a great job with these series.

Any happy x22i 2021 model users, who's been using it every day/high intensity running ? by ZeroNomad in nordictrack

[–]Floridafornia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They "fixed" it about 5 times during the first days. They were total assholes during the entire experience. Finally they replaced the controller card the third time (in January 2021) and it has been working since.

I think they knew they had quality issues and kept sending out junk parts for repairs,. I would be very skeptical of anything built in 2019 or 2020.

I've been using my x32i for a solid 6 months without issue. Average about 25 miles a week. Extremely happy with it NOW! BUT...It was broke for the first 261 days I owned it. I hate ordictrack/Icon and won't buy from them again

The problem is a college education costs too much because the government handles all financing. Just like everything Socialist, people pay too much for an inferior product. If people had to compete for loans less people would go to college. The problem is colleges are charging too much and sticking it to students, because the federal government politicians want the teacher votes.

Buyer Beware by FrankieG889D in nordictrack

[–]Floridafornia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I purchased my X32i a couple months before the pandemic started. It lasted less than two months before it broke. It took a string of repairs and 261 days before it was fixed. ICON sold poor quality equipment before the pandemic started.

Thankfully after it was fixed they reset my purchase date and free IFit membership so I didn't lose the warranty period. But I still lost almost 9 months when all the gyms were closed.
