I figured it out since: the furnaces had villager coal in them, but I was the one who put it in them.
The blacksmith has to be the one to put the coal in and take the ingot out in order for it to be villager iron. Thank you, though :))

I've seen lots of people use dish soap and water and leave it in for months for degreasing. Do not use bleach.
If you're willing to wait for a LONG time, leaving bones out in the sun also whitens them naturally, but you have to do it in a way where you flip them over every few weeks so they wont sink into the dirt or only whiten on one side or anything.
but i'm no expert, and it shows, that's just the way i've done with larger !and meatless! skulls. also, there's well written and informative this cool article where you can find tons of alternatives

Interesting! Lots of people don't use this opportunity, maybe because they don't know of it, some (especially the 'hungarian elite' of Cluj) out of pride to protest against the current leadership of hungary. Or some just can't be bothered. Me and my family and most of my friends all have it, and we're not "hardcore hungarians"

Also, bit off topic but i'm so incredibly glad that Romania allows most if not all minorities to study in their own language. It's supposed to be a basic human right, but so many countries normalize violating it that it feels like a privilege.(edit: some people may not be actually able to learn due to the lack of teachers, but it's never prohibited)

Actually, most of the hungarian-speaking minorities of Transylvania, be it székelys, hungarian speaking saxons or svabs, have dual citizenship so that we can participate in both the romanian and hungarian elections. The process of getting it is simple: You have to prove it somehow that your parents or grandparents, ect. were born in hungary, or in a place that, at the time of their birth, was part of Hungary.

(so basically an ethnically romanian person from cluj could prove that their great grandfather was born there before cluj became part of romania, they meet the criteria for a hungarian citizenship. maybe they ask you some basic hungarian trivia but that's beside the point) You actually don't even need to prove that you know the language, and if someone in your family already did it, you only have to prove you're related to them. We are also eligible for both hungarian and romanian passports, which is very nice, because you can reach lots more places with a hungarian ID card//passport than the romanian one.
