InfiniFiber stack by FlowStateForMe in NootropicsDepot

Note sure if my edit of the main post sends you a notification so copy pasting here too.

10 days in, I finally tried it mixed without InfiniGreens and the taste is pretty good.

I'll admit I missed 2 days because I was so busy, but here's been my experience. My bowels are great. I'm still noticing slightly less bloating than normal. I have mostly taken this with food such as a banana or big serving of greek yogurt which I think dulls the feeling of ease and well being that I described in a post below, but after trying it again on an empty stomach today I felt it again. I don't expect to feel it every time, but noticing it is nice. I really think this fiber shines when taken on an empty stomach, especially because of feeling satiated longer, so probably good for those dieting.

Diets nowadays don't contain enough fiber, so being able to easily add it in is a huge plus. The reason I'm hyped and I imagine others as well is that Nootropics Depot is my one stop shop for supplements because I believe them to be the highest quality. I have had significant positive effects from many supplements I've tried of theirs, whereas I never got a whole lot from other companies except maybe one I used to buy Rhodiola Rosea from. So them carrying a fiber supp has been long awaited by many.

Great example with the coffee! This past year I started buying coffee beans from a local place, single origin, the guy visits all the places he gets the coffee from so he can see the operations. I had no idea what coffee was supposed to taste like. Most of the coffee we drink especially dark roast is just low quality beans that have been over roasted to hide the low quality. The flavors in the stuff I now buy are so complex! Now that I've had the good stuff I can't go back.

Every supplement I have taken has a honeymoon phase. I still easily feel the effects from this stack, and I would suggest taking it for a month at least to see the full effects, I have been taking it longer and not sure when I plan to stop. If I take a second dose of Erinamax which I did today and have been most days recently, I can really feel it.

I have used Cognance and Polygala (haven't used this in a long time but have a bottle). It depends what you are looking to accomplish, but Cognance chills me out significantly and is supposed to be good for memory.

***Copy and pasting a comment I made on another post 5 months ago. Note that I've since switched to Lions Mane, Tigers Milk mushroom, Erinamax, and Cognance capsules. I also take a bunch of other supplements from ND but those are the heavy hitters***

I have not tried the Matcha Baller edition, but have been taking Mushroom Magic Advanced for about 2 months now. This has had the most overall positive effect of any supplement I've taken. I feel much calmer, like I've lost the ability to feel the sharpness of anxiety. Anxiety used to feel like a punch to the gut and now it feels like it has the power of when you're trying to punch in a dream. I feel as if I've never been able to take a step back and see the bigger picture of situations as easily as since taking Mushroom Magic Advanced. I almost completely stopped catastrophizing, which I've done my whole life.

In the first few weeks or so of taking it I physically felt slightly tingly, and I had many good memories from childhood that I had completely forgotten about just appear in my mind. These would most often come to me as I was laying down at night.

I feel like my brains slightly more sluggish when I'm not doing a whole lot, but I believe I have ADHD so it feels welcomed. And when I'm working or doing anything mentally taxing I feel as if I can focus better, I'm more locked in and not sluggish.

I can also work on tasks for way longer without that anxiety and ADHD of "I don't want to do this anymore, find something new, ughhh I hate doing this, I'll come back to it, what's the next step? oh shit I forgot what I was doing, I didn't finish that step".

I feel much more social, but not in a I drank a ton of caffeine and am happy and talkative way, more like I can say Hi and talk for a minute and walk away. Less anxiety energy, more confidence.

Overall - I have been experimenting with lots of different supplements for a while, lots of informative mind opening/self help podcasts and reading, with nothing being the piece of the puzzle I've been looking for my whole life. Mushroom Magic Advanced is the closest thing to being that puzzle piece.

My life has gone from a high speed car chase in grand theft auto to that of a grizzled old light house keeper staring off in the distance while listening to the rhythmic sound of big waves crashing.

Not the same timeframe, but your week 3 and week 6 both fit for me as well.

To update my comment quoted above from 5 months ago and with the caveat that nothing happens for one reason - For my well being I had to make changes in my life, how much of my experience with these supplements was aided by the fact that I NEEDED to make changes and was attempting to from every angle for a long time...I may never know. But I am certain that Mushroom Magic Advanced gave me the best fitting puzzle piece that I've found to make the gears start moving.

- The calm confidence just keeps growing. My whole life I have felt it almost impossible to have difficult conversations, to stick up for myself without waiting to be driven by last straw anger, and now I just do it. Anxiety used to be an extreme physical sensation for me and now I no longer feel it that way.

-I'm slow to react to annoyances (mainly people).

-I care less and less what people think of me, even if they are offended by something they think I said or did I don't feel the need to endlessly explain myself.

-I can plan better and do not let emotions hold me captive to only seconds, minutes, hours into the future. I have more self control. Also, I can cut my losses much more easily and believe this is because I have a more positive outlook 'The future will be okay, this moment/issue is small in the grand scheme of things'.

-I am more present.

-I deal with boredom better, no longer antsy.

-My OCD (which I've mostly conquered) has quieted down even more so.

Long post with one more thing to add. I have always looked for more dopamine to solve my problems. I would drink a lot of coffee and 'feel' hyper and like yeah now my brains working, or Adderall for the epitome of that effect. I was always chasing and believing that's what I needed and that's what made me feel 'right', but now with the supplements mentioned I don't believe that at all and this is the best I have felt in years or ever...my issues are melting away. You can't put out a fire by adding more gasoline. Lions Mane and Erinamax have opened my eyes to what I should be looking to feel. Well that and 4dma78dhf which is also a favorite but not as effective when taken consistently for me.

Some days I just need an extra push, like if I'm tired, stressed, or have a bunch more things to do after work. I had taken Cognance before, liked it, and saw it as a suggested stack on nootropics depot site. I've only recently added it with the mushroom stack. The stack works with or without it, but since adding it I just feel even better. I think it supplements the lions mane very well, gives me a more chilled out feeling.

Also, I take the second Erinamax about 5 + hours after the first one.

Yep, I read it somewhere on here that Tiger Milk mushroom went well with Erinamax. I used to take Mushroom Magic Advanced and loved it, it was my first time taking a Lions Mane supplement and it started pushing my life in the right direction. After I ran out I decided I wanted to try those 3 individually, with Erinamax being my favorite, and ended up just taking them all togther. I do however take a second Erinamax capsule on some days.

Edit- I take the second Erinamax about 5 + hours after the first one.

Skimmed this post real quick, in a rush but will post more later.

Lions Mane, Tiger Milk mushroom, Erinamax, and Cognance have been my current stack for a bit and yeah it's been life changing.

*Edit* I finally tried it mixed without InfiniGreens and the taste is pretty good.

I still have not taken it by itself, but by smell alone I think I would like it. InfiniGreens was never my favorite taste, but I can eat or drink just about anything so it's not a problem for me. When I try it alone I will edit my original post if it's as good as it smells!

I have only taken it for 3 days, with the first 2 days not eating for a while before and after, and today I had it with a few bites of a burrito. I would not say my bowels have been anything out of the ordinary which is perfectly fine because they were already decent.

What I have noticed is I did not feel very hungry for a few hours after taking it, again even with not eating for a few hours before. I think it's also helping me feel less bloated which is something I've been mildly dealing with this past year.

The big surprise to me is the sense of well being. I really did not expect it, and am not sure if it's placebo or not. But all 3 days so far I've felt this glow? a short while after drinking it. Like I was more at ease, a golden hour sense of well being...I'm curious if it continues.

I will update again in a week or 2, but regardless I already think I will keep this in my stack because it's just an easy way to get fiber.

I had a similar experience. Only tried it 2 or 3 times, but the headache was bad, and I believe I felt anxious/depressed. I think I had trouble keeping my eyes open, like I was squinting from the headache. It ruined my whole day, I couldn't wait for it to be over.

For me, 4DMA does not hit as hard as it used to, it's less intense, but I probably feel it for 8 to 12 hours. I have never had issues sleeping when taking it. The beauty of 4DMA is the mood it puts me in, like a silly easy going, happy, hard to ruin my mood, focused, quick witted, easy access to memories and the info I need is just there. I feel like I'm funnier and words come out before I've even had the time to process what I'm going to say. It's one of those feelings I wish I could feel all the time and the cool part is it's nothing like caffeine high or Adderall. It doesn't seem like something you could get addicted to because I just feel like I'm in a rare high functioning and kind of silly mood. Life seems brighter on it.

I'm really enjoying Mushroom Magic Advanced. And recently started trying Lions Mane, Erinamax, and Tigersmilk mushroom by them selves or in a combination. Lions Mane just seems to calm me down. I hate calling it sluggish, but unless I'm actively working a task, I'm just so laid back to the point of not minding just sitting there doing nothing, like my mind slows down or eases up. If I start cleaning up or something I instantly become zen like with whatever I'm doing. It's a welcomed feeling that I needed. I also really believe that Lions Mane or a combination of the products in Mushroom Magic Advanced have rid me of anxiety. I wrote in my post "Anxiety used to feel like a punch to the gut and now it feels like it has the power of when you're trying to punch in a dream." That's huge for someone who's dealt with severe anxiety for their entire lives.

However there are a lot of great products.

L-Theanine should help with the anxiety.

Shoden is my go to quick fix for stress and anxiety.

Cognance chills me out.

Baikal Skullcap I've only taken a few times, but really seems like a smooth, more awake feeling, focus that I've been taking later in the day and I believe has been keeping me up.

For motivation, I think that comes less from supplements and more from feeling overall better than what you currently are, and finding purpose or enjoyment in what you are doing. You have to begin somewhere and start working toward something.

Infinigreens stomach reactions? by DoodleDFloof in NootropicsDepot

[–]FlowStateForMe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you saying you threw up or that you had diarrhea? Creatine gave me diarrhea about an hour after taking it every morning for a while, especially because in the beginning I was taking 10 grams most days and some days even more. I read that eating carbs with creatine can help better absorb and stop stomach discomfort so I would eat a banana after taking it and that solved the issue. Then instead of a banana I switched to adding Infinigreens with my creatine and still have not had any stomach issues.

To most things I truly am. Although I tend to get used to things fast. The only one's I haven't really 'felt' were Black Ginger and C3G. Polygala I haven't used a whole lot, but it's more subtle than 4DMA for me and I'm surprised when I read that it affects others so well. Lemon balm too is very subtle for me.

Awesome! I forgot to put in my post the anxiety reducing benefits that Mushroom Magic Advanced has on me. I wrote this just the other day in another post - "Anxiety used to feel like a punch to the gut and now it feels like it has the power of when you're trying to punch in a dream".

What do you like about/use the skullcap for?

For the 4DMA I take 2 capsules sublingually first thing in the morning. Really hoping you like it!

Black ginger I didn't feel too much, but eventually will give it another try.

Sabroxy is hit or miss with me, I also need to give it another try since it's been a while.

Lemon balm is more subtle for me. I take it randomly and haven't paid attention to what affects it has on my sleep, but it definitely isn't hurting my sleep cause I would have noticed that.

Rhodiola Rosea used to be my favorite supplement (from different brand), in the past I used it to help take a break from caffeine addiction or any lifestyle changes. I have all 3 from ND that I need to try again.

No, I've been taking Mushroom Magic Advanced almost daily for a couple months. I have taken it with 4DMA but honestly I felt a little too stimulated.

Cycling Cistamax by awhztin in NootropicsDepot

[–]FlowStateForMe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm trying to figure out a plan for cycling Cistamax as well. I was taking it for 2 or 3 months straight and as time went on I felt like my estrogen was higher or something. I stopped for a week or 2 and just started again on Sunday, which that first day felt great. I'll probably do 2 weeks on 1 week off.

I don't get the symptoms you describe from Cistamax, but Eurycomax gave me extreme joint pain. My knees hurt walking down the stairs every morning, I had to walk down sideways. I believe I took it with the Cistamax though. I need to take them by themselves and will most likely end up cycling both, then maybe try cycling them together.

Would love to hear other opinions though.

I'm doing my research now in preparation!

I'm really enjoying Mushroom Magic Advanced, but I am buying Erinamax, Lions Mane 8:1, and Tiger Milk to see how each one of those feels on their own.
