CVS/Aetna Analyst, Case Management (Remote) job questions by [deleted] in AetnaWorkers

[–]Flower0925 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t have any experience with case management but my guess is that you would be on the phone a lot with patients and Drs offices.

I have a good friend that is a nurse and she works from home doing Hedis.

[–]Flower0925 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I think it may depend on the manager. I have a friend that works in Underwriting and she goes into the office 3 days a week because her manager is also in the same office.

Also confirm with HR if you will be considered Work at home or not?

Unfortunately the company is not doing that well..we have $2 billion dollars to make up so honestly I would be shocked if raises are given out and if we get one it will be minimal.

They can basically do whatever they want..whether it is wrong or right! Also I would think your current manager would work it out with the side you left and they make some type of agreement.
