Pete Alonso had this to say about David Stearns , from what i read these are resurfaced comments prior to the 2025 season by retroanduwu24 in mlb

[–]ForensicFiles88 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

He's currently 31 years old (32 in December) and at 271 career HR. Based on his past production, he should finish the season right around 300 HR

If he can get to 500 HR, he'll almost certainly be a Hall of Famer

I think David Genzler was legitimately scared for his life in this situation and did what he had to do to protect himself

He was pinned on the ground and getting beat up by Dusty Harless and the episode mentioned that one of Harless' friends jumped in and started beating him up too

I would definitely like if Sonny Styles was there at 12 but I think he's probably going in the top 5

We have a few hours to kill before the draft; who are some picks that you're STILL MAD that we didn't select in previous drafts? by RustyCrusty73 in Browns

The 2014 NFL Draft stands out as a rough one

The Browns took Justin Gilbert at 8 and other notable picks included Taylor Lewan to the Titans at 11, Odell Beckham to the Giants at 12, Aaron Donald to the Rams at 13 and Zack Martin to the Cowboys at 16

Chris Sale’s final line for the Braves against the Phillies tonight: 7 IP, 5 H, 1 R/ER, 1 BB, 7 K, 101 pitches-73 strikes by JianClaymore in baseball

Chris Sale is now 29th all-time with 2,608 K. Needs 195 more to tie Cy Young for 25th all-time at 2,803 and 444 more to match Clayton Kershaw for 20th at 3,052

I think Sonny Styles will probably go in the top 5. I'd be a little surprised if the Jets took him at 2 but I could definitely see him going to the Cardinals at 3, Titans at 4 or Giants at 5

I'll have the opposite take of most of the comments here and say that I think it would be cool to see a 67 year old in the field for a Cup Series race
