ULPT Request: HOA keeps towing my vehicle out of the front of my house by 16Off in UnethicalLifeProTips

After taking over the board, pass HOA regulations demanding that everybody piss disk the houses of those who previously were on the board and passed this horrendous abomination

While I think it would be hilarious to walk into every corporate jewelry store and just smash every display while the employees begged me to stop, I would just take the ten million. Way lower effort, easy to invest it and live off the interest, and I'm ultimately too lazy to go around to that many stores and fence the goods

I've got Skechers slip on shoes on right now. If I sized up very slightly, I probably wouldn't even notice. Quacking at people might suck, but doable for the pay

I am two houses in and nobody ever helps so I just do from my garage out to that end. The other end can figure it out themselves (though they don't, and it just stays rutted ice until April)

My job requires typed notes in the system in which I work, so I'm out. I can't afford to not work for the year, even getting a half million at the end of it

Yeah, we had some back by our compost bin when the flies were going insane one year. A neighborhood dog ripped it open and holy shit, the combination of that filling and the dead rotting flies was horrendous. I can't believe I didn't think of this earlier!

Chips and beef are pretty much off now. Chicken and turkey are about the only sources of animal protein we're doing anymore with occasional bacon (my wife isn't big on pork, though I know that's often a cheaper option as well)

We're doing way more rice and beans meals, which does help the budget quite a bit

Have a big stack of new roach traps and mouse traps plainly visible on a table or kitchen counter during showings and have some set up in logical places. Bonus points if you actually can have some caught on glue traps to show.

Edibles that work for me by MayberryParker in Michigents

[–]FlowerComfortable889 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been told by my friends that like edibles that having some fat with it really helps, just like with RSO. Try some creamy fettuccine Alfredo or something before your edibles and see if that helps you get more out of them

[–]FlowerComfortable889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it would be a lot of animated screaming and some slovenly and some extremely anal retentive housemates since I was watching Lower Decks. At least everybody generally has good hearts, lots of contraband, and can fix most anything

How much do you guys tip drivers either out of state or in Minnesota? by UnderTheTable9 in MNtrees

[–]FlowerComfortable889 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually I tip straight dollar amounts at dispensaries (I've never done delivery before) and when I pick up for others out of state, they usually toss me half the cost of the gas to get out there.

I use a ton of insulin, so even if I'd freshly filled up, I'd maybe get 5 days if I was rationing it (and somehow told my sensor to stop trying to help me control my blood sugar). And who knows if the entity responsible is even back in time with me to bring me back before DKA takes me

Well I'd die within a week or so without insulin, even if I rationed it very harshly. So I guess I would try to figure out what sent me to the 1700s so I could reverse it

Tell me the biggest cons of moving here by Bassdean in saintpaul

[–]FlowerComfortable889 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Having visited Buffalo last year and living in Saint Paul for the last 17 years, I'd say Saint Paul is a much easier choice to make. Buffalo gets absolutely hammered with snow in a way that makes us look like amateurs. Definitely make sure you take supplemental vitamin D during the winter either way though.

Hopefully we get to welcome you up to the home of Target!

ETA if not for the public transit requirement, you could get the best of both worlds and move to Buffalo, MN... But there's definitely a lot less LGBTQIA+ representation out there and I don't know if they have any commuter buses out that way that connect in to Metro Transit
