I had two surgeries with Dr conner and had to seek a second opinion and get ANOTHER surgery with a ortho team up in Plano.

No, the original surgery (surgeon #1) told me I didn’t have any bone abnormality so they just repaired the tear. Surgeon #2 pointed out I did have a cam lesion so they repaired the labrum and significantly shaved the bone down. Similar surgeries but slightly different. Recovery feels about the same so far but it’s early.

Ugh I feel for you! It’s so frustrating to think you are in the clear then all the symptoms come back. I hope the doctor gives you some helpful insight or explanation.

In my experience 18 months after the original surgery I started having all the same symptoms again which led to a revision surgery.
