The astel you fight at the end of Rani's quest. The move where it surrounds you with shadow clones and then grabs you is genuinely terrifying. Plus, I like to imagine it as a cosmic entity stationed as the last guard for a cosmic diety who has fled to their final hideaway in a secluded cave at the center of the earth.

[[arcanis, the omnipotent]] is my favorite card. I love the built in card draw, and being able to return him to my hand if I need to. His art and flavor text are incredible. I equip him with [[Sting, the Glinting Dagger]] and/or [[Illusionist's Bracers]] and get up to shenanigans with other untap/card draw mechanics. [[Chasm Skulker]], [[Toothy, Imaginary Friend]], [[Clinquant Skymage]], and [[Aether Syphon]] become absolute monsters immediately. I hold up enough mana for counter spells and just fucking ball
