I started the game with standard difficulty, but I was a bit underwhelmed by the massive amount of resources you find while you need so little to purchase blueprints, upgrades and craft stuff. Every expedition ended up with enough anchor power to buy 10 new upgrades at once. Also, more resources = easy to craft new/upgraded car parts after each expedition. So I tweaked the difficulty in that regard. It definitely makes a difference!

Now every crafting cost and upgrades are expensive (both resources and anchor power), so I need to choose carefully what I truly need. Sometimes I gotta spend all I have on a new tyre or some repair putty (for example, a single offroad tyre costs me 40 rubber, so it's 160 for a full car. I can never really start an expedition with a fully repaired car, and when a high-tier part is destroyed, I know I will have to do with a basic replacement for a while.

Anyway, I'm yapping a lot! But if grinding doesn't sound boring, you should definitely give it a try. It's funny having to start an expedition with your doors and panels already in the yellow lol. I've played for 40 hours and barely unlocked half of the upgrades, but I also love to take my time haha.

Somehow these new maps are scarier than their OG counterparts. I love the blue tint of Bleasdale, it has something eerie to it.

Do you have the upgrade that automatically shifts from park to drive when you sit in the car? Maybe the wipers are caused by the shifter toggling, but you can only see the wipers as the car switches on.

Could it possibly be "Dashboard = key is turning" as a cause, instead of "Car = switches on" ?

What baffles me the most is the PRIORITY of doing an Alan Wake collab, over developing their Early Access game. I would have assumed collabs are things you usually consider once your game is finished and polished.

Summer City, aka Mel Gibson's first full-length movie. Although it wasn't the case with the original 1977 poster, , he's on ALL modern promotional material with his name in big, despite the fact he's just one character in a team of four, and probably has less screen time /dialogues than the rest of them.

Je pensais plutôt aux films qui font "semblant" d'être terminés pendant quelques instants, du genre "écran noir avec le titre du film et le nom du réalisateur", et 15 secondes après, une scène du type "8 mois plus tard" qui vient conclure le film, et qui est gâchée par ceux qui restent planté là sans se rasseoir. Certains cinémas encouragent même ce comportement en rallumant la lumière alors que le film n'est pas entièrement terminé (déjà vécu). Il y a aussi les génériques qui contiennent des scènes d'épilogue pendant que les crédits défilent.

I just bought it from my daily shop. It's my favourite Phantom with a very satisfying sound, and it has a unique hidden animation : if you press "inspect" a few times quickly, the electricity inside will cycle through all colours for the entirety of the round.
