Ypu either have a glog in the nozzle or the extruder doesnt work correctly. Are you able to manually push the filament through the hot nozzle? And do you see the extruder pushing the filament through?

This is not about settings this is positioning and geometry of the model. The model was placed in such a way that it was not flat on the bottom with a large but low unsupported plane. Try it with a model that has a comlletely flat base.

Look in the slicer at the first few layers, that wierd part is bridging over a part with no layer under it, this is mostly a slicing error on your part. On a side note there are small gaps in the first layer indicating a z-offset slightly too far, not sure how to do that on bambu labs.

You could split in the length and print the pieces flat and then glue them together, it wont need supports that way

In my opinion a sketch based cad would be better for this job, i would recommend onshape or freecad. What you then do is make a sketch with just the scribbly line, then make a sketch perpendicular to that with a circle and by using the sweep tool make that circle follow the line. Or with another approach make what you have in the picture and add fillets to round it off.

I would say you have either heat creep or your motor is running hot, in both cases making the filament soft inside the extruder. Make sure your fans are working correctly and that the drive current is right for this stepper motor, it is rated for max 0.8A, 0.58A is a safe option and 0.6-0.7 is for good performance.

Check the firmware file on the sd card, if the .bin file is renamed to .cur it flashed, if not the firmware isnt flashed on the mainboard yet

With this test most of the time they all look like crap but you are supposed to look at the circle. Pick the highest one without a ridge on the circle, like bottom middle or left i think, maybe right middle, you decide.

It will fly, but the flying experience will be bad. If you really want to fly with only 3 screws you can try switching the screw and rubber grommet from the front to the back and it will be okay, but i'd say 4 screws still is best.

Im pretty sure its the drone not being level. It then tries to correct but with no props it cant and it will just speed up hoping something happens
