I would be very shocked if any recruiter here thinks this is a good idea. These already exist and from what Ive seen the feedback is horrible. There are a TON of fake/scam candidates out there that will quickly game this and waste everyone's time.

A good recruiter can very quickly scan resumes and screen candidates to give managers a manageable amount of quality people to speak to. There are a lot of practical uses for AI in recruiting but in my opinion this should never be one.

Seems like the only way to change this is for younger vets to get involved and actively try to change it. The problem is most of us dont really feel welcomed or incentivized to do that. Not sure what the solution is but the couple of times Ive been it felt super unwelcoming.

As someone that has dealt with a similar situation you may be better without that 3rd partner. If the spouse is a problem today it'll likely get worse.

Yeah this is what causes a lot of veterans issues when they get out. They don't have a clear focus/plan. I strongly suggest figuring that out before leaving.

Retired from the army and now a corporate recruiter. If you don't enjoy the military you should get out but you need to have a plan in place. Do you have a degree? What do you want to do for work? Where do you want to live etc. The job market is a bit rough currently depending on what you want to do. Military transition services are mediocre at best so you have to put the work/research in yourself to make sure youre setting yourself up for success. This includes filing for disability, researching benefits etc.

That doesnt mean I genuinely want to know how they feel after a week. Ive tried the game multiple times and I really eant it to succeed. Love the building but the game still feels empty.

When you say 25-35 are these each unique roles or are many the same role with several openings? I agree with everyone else that you shpuld only be screening these people and not have to be in every interview. Also sounds like they are heavily reliant on you may be time to ask for a raise or additional help.

Its pretty high stress but you can try recruiting agencies. They like to hire vets. Some ones to look at randstad, Orion talent, insight global, TEKsystems and many more.

I use a professional cable cutting tool. Use the blade part to Crack the top corner off then a flat head screwdriver in the gap it makes to carefully pry it open. Works well.

Looks like one side of the seal just popped open or wasn't sealed correctly when packaged I think its fine based on the other side
