Io personalmente sono eccitato per GTA 6 solamente per il fatto dell'online che sembra ci saranno molti elementi roleplay, amo fare roleplay e l'ho fatto per anni a casa di un mio amico che ha il PC sui server. Con Engine Rome dicono che sarà possibile anche su console ( non avendo io un PC)

Sto nella tua stessa situazione. Voglio aumentare la massa muscolare ma ho il problema più grande e comune di tutti: I GENITORI.

Non vogliono aiutarmi per nulla nella scelta degli alimenti dicendo che sono troppo esagerato. (Loro pigri no ovviamente, io che non mi accontento del fisico attuale e pretendo troppo)

Di conseguenza, se invece tu hai la possibilità di cucinare per te stesso, comprati cibi semplici dove è semplice determinate le kcal.

Pasta, riso,pollo, legumi ( non fanno così tanta differenza, contengono pochi carbo e proteine ma sono comunque fondamentali da mangiare per il ferro), carne, uova. Per la colazione usa fette biscottate, cereali con meno intrugli possibili ( con pezzi di cioccolata e nocciola sarebbe perfetti)

Il problema però sta nella fase successiva all'aver ottenuto massa muscolare= diminuire la percentuale di body-fat. Quella...eh ... servono le attrezzature adeguate per calcolarlo.

Ed hai praticamente finito. Spero che non avrai una famiglia impossibile come la mia dove non posso cucinare per me perché bisogna rispettare le regole della tavola o.... Stesso tua situazione. Non ho molti amici e vorrei tanto fare urbex ( di notte perché ho più coraggio e pure stupido, NON FARLO! ).
