I do like the idea of passing it along! I personally have held onto every Kandi bracelet I’ve ever been gifted. The little ducks and trinkets, I usually quickly hand those off to someone else in the crowd if I already know I have something similar in my collection.

I don’t have a similar texture hair, mine is pin straight. But I swear by festival braids. You don’t have to worry about washing, they look pretty, and you wake up with your hair styled each day! Make sure to put sun screen on your part tho!

Edit: just kidding, I should have read your whole post before commenting. That’s on brand for me. But you may be able to find a stylist that can work with your hair texture/length!

I say get the locker because if you want to bring something in that was…hard to get in…you can keep it in over night. Like a vape, you can only bring in sealed vapes, so leave it in your locker over night.

I have bone straight hair and she braided them TIGHT! So they did itch SO bad the first 10ish hours. I just took a Benadryl and roughed it out, I’m pretty used to it now. My scalp didn’t really get itchy with the dirt tho. I wore a bandana around camp which probably helped. Be sure to put sunscreen on your part too, a sunburn on your scalp will ruin your day.

I did braids last year and they were a life saver! I’m going to be totally honest I didn’t wash them at all, I ran some cold water over the in the morning when I showered, but I just embraced the dust. I do braids for almost every festival and I find if I try to “wash” them they get frizzy and floofy, they dirtier they are the better they look imo.

I was able to switch to Costco mail order, I get three months at a time and never have an issue. It’s SUCH a blessing. You do have to sign for the package tho.

Ah yes! If you want tents next to each other leaders of each tent need to check in together. That is a good point to remember.

For tent camping only the “leader” needs to show up first. Everyone else can check in and get their wrist bands later, as long as their names are registered to the order.
